Starting the New Year off on the right foot!

Well, last night (Monday) I went to my first night of 8 Personal Training classes. I am so stoked for this. It is nice that I have been paired off with 3 women (I am the youngest as always) of which are shooting for very similar goals. So I have set my first goal and that is to have lost 20lbs by May (my birthday month). I don't fee that is a unrealistic goal so by setting it out so far it gives me time to exceed that goal of which I plan to do!!! I am really excited to get in shape and feel better about myself. A few of you may know that Tyler and I have had a gym membership since last February. Most of you know Tyler has made drastic changes and I have been dragging my feet. I have at least averaged 1 day a week for my Hip-Hop Aerobics class, so at least I do something, but now.....it's up to me and only me to quit by-passing the gym on the way home and get my hiney in there!! I think with every ones support this will be my first goal to be conquered!! CHEER me on!!
