Well, today was day 2 and we actually trained tonight (measurements too, I can't share that sorry). Man am I feeling it too!! On top of training for 1 hr, I had a 15 minute break and then did an hour of Hip-Hop Aerobics. I am ready to fall into bed now. It was a great work out after a HORRIBLE day!!!
Training was AWESOME!! We did Abs, Tris, Bis & and any every other part of my body.... so it feels. It's kind of cool because my trainer has added in a little bit of pilates exercises to do.
My lesson I learned tonight is to have a small protein shake in between training and class. 30 minutes into class (1.75 hrs later) I was really starting to get tired and hungry.
So this is my update for this evening. Keep wishing me luck and I am pushing through day by day!!

Congratulations! I'm really proud of you. You have set yourself up for a win win situation. A personal trainer is a great way to go and to have some friends to train with is excellent. You can push each other to stay on track.
You can count on me to be your biggest fan. I look forward to hearing more about the trials and tribulations of your new program.
Just remember there are always bumps in the road, but I know you'll be able to hurdle them all and charge forward to reach your goal. You've got a lot of people rooting for you. Way to go!!!!
