I am still trying to catch my breath.....ok. So tonight at 6:30pm was day 3 of training....WOW is all I can say. We worked on the lower half of the body....legs, calves & abs. I love my instructor but boy....by the time we did stairs (2 flights) a couple times and then we had to step on the edge backwards and go up and down on our tippy toes I was about to die!!! No complaining though.....it will be worth it in the end.
After an hour of training I attended my instructors Zumba class for those who are not familiar with Zumba it is a fusion of Latin and Internationally inspired music and dance moves. Oh my lord.....if you like to shake what you've got (or not got) this is the class!!! LOL!! I have a lot to shake and still can't shake it because I feel silly! LOL!!
Tomorrow is Fit Tease....Yes just as it sounds! They use strip tease moves only you don't remove any clothing other than a coat. LOL!! Then Wednesday is Training & Hip-Hop Aerobics (another double header), and then on Thursday I decided to take it somewhat easy and just do the treadmill for 40-45 minutes.
Well I need to go dry my hair and get in bed, but I wanted to be sure and fill you in on my evening. Be on the watch for my next entry!!
