Wednesday ~ Training/Hip-Hop Aerobics
So tonight I made it although I haven't quite been feeling 100%. I had training at 5:30pm and then Hip Hop at 6:45pm. Tonight in training we worked the upper body. It felt really good when I was done. I am a bit sore but that is a good thing. Can you believe that I only have 2 more trainings left????? I heard Bridget say something about doing it again next month....heck yeah! I am GAME! This has been the most motivating thing I have done for myself. I am really anxious to see what kind of results I will have made. Even if it's small at least I know I have been trying.
Hip-Hop was fun. Tonight was week 3 of the same dance. We only do a dance for 3 weeks. On the night of the 3rd week we always show. We split the class in half and do the routine in front of each other. This is our final chance to show what we've got!! Too bad I get stage fright and forget everything!!! LOL!! You know it's so different from when I used to get up and sing in front of people. For some reason I could just get up and let it flow. When it comes to dancing....yeah not so much!! I still felt really positive about this dance we just completed. It is probably one of my favorites since I started going last February. Whoa.....February marks a year of Hip-Hop Aerobics. At least I stayed constant with something.
Well, I am heading to bed since I have to meet up with my sis in the morning to ride into work. If I am one minute past 5:25am I get the lecture. Plus I barely slept last night since my mom had to pee every hour on the hour.....but I love her!! ;-)
Oh yeah....I get to meet up with my friend Sarah who moved away tomorrow for dinner. Looking forward!

Monday ~ Training and then ZUMBA
This evening I started with Training and that consisted of legs. So my legs feel like rubber bands again. ;-) Which is not a bad thing just have to be careful how fast I move. LOL! Thankfully I don't have to work tomorrow either so I can somewhat rest. Tomorrow I am reversing the role and taking my mom in for a minor surgery. Nothing big but she needs someone to drive her home and be with her for the first 24 hours. Although, I am sneaking away for an hour and a half to attend Fit Tease. I don't want to break my streak.
So back to tonight, after training I attended Zumba again. I really like this class and I just wish I could do more of the jumping around, but my feet hurt way too bad to do it. So I just take the easy way. Why has it always been me with the problems??? I got the Morton Curse!!! ;-)
Well, I need to go shower and pack for my mom's house. I need to pick her up at 7:00am tomorrow morning. I will probably update this tomorrow night when I get back from Fit Tease.

Wednesday's Update
Well, I thought I would humor you with a before the gym picture. Trust me you don't want to see me after. HEHEHEHE!!! Did you see my pony tail....My hair is finally long enough for 2 side pig tails. YEAH!
Tonight was my other "Double Header." I am feeling really good about the whole thing. Yeah I am MAJOR sore but it's a good sore, I know it will pay off in the end.
So tonight we did the upper body and abs again. I am still sore from the last time but I still pushed on like I needed to. I get frustrated when lifting and I can't push through the last couple. I know I am supposed to and I try but I feel like my spotter does all the work. I guess that the way it's supposed to go????? Not only did we do that but the bit of cardio we did was running up the 2 flights of stair 4 times and then doing it another 4 times after a short break. I'm not complaining, I just can't wait to get into better shape. I hate huffing and puffing!!!
After training was Hip-Hop Aerobics. It was week 2 of the dance and I like the dance for the most part just the end of it my feet don't quite do what they are supposed to. Plus there is a lot of jumping and twisting on my feet and it really hurts (for those of you who know I have feet problems, this is what I am talking about here. I have Flat Feet...LOL!). Bridget did modify one part for me to do and that helped. I was going to go to the gym again tomorrow to do treadmill, but I decided my body needs a break since in 3 days I have put in 5 hours at the gym. Plus, I need to cook a descent meal for Tyler (we have had Beef Stew that I put in the crock pot for the past 3 nights) ok and my self.
So the last thing to update is we keep a daily journal of what we eat all day long. I was told I was doing well, but need to eat more small snack through out the day (Protein like Almonds, etc.). I actually am starting to feel a slight difference in my black dress pants for work. That is very motivating.
Well, I am off to shower and get to bed. We have filming in our department tomorrow so no bags under the eyes....LOL!!!

Fit Tease.....
At the end of class we did an abs exercise. That was good, although I am SUPER DUPER Sore today. I was fine the first part of the day, but when I got up to help a co-worker after sitting for a long amount of time my legs were like rubber bands. I did figure out that if I wear heels when I am sore it makes it worse....flats here I come! :-)
So this is all I have to blog about today. Tomorrow is Training and then 1 hour of Hip Hop Aerobics (MY FAVORITE OF ALL!!!!).
Check back tomorrow to see if Bridget kills us again....just kidding. ;-)

Day 3 of Personal Training & Class
After an hour of training I attended my instructors Zumba class for those who are not familiar with Zumba it is a fusion of Latin and Internationally inspired music and dance moves. Oh my lord.....if you like to shake what you've got (or not got) this is the class!!! LOL!! I have a lot to shake and still can't shake it because I feel silly! LOL!!
Tomorrow is Fit Tease....Yes just as it sounds! They use strip tease moves only you don't remove any clothing other than a coat. LOL!! Then Wednesday is Training & Hip-Hop Aerobics (another double header), and then on Thursday I decided to take it somewhat easy and just do the treadmill for 40-45 minutes.
Well I need to go dry my hair and get in bed, but I wanted to be sure and fill you in on my evening. Be on the watch for my next entry!!

Day 2 of Personal Training
Training was AWESOME!! We did Abs, Tris, Bis & and any every other part of my body.... so it feels. It's kind of cool because my trainer has added in a little bit of pilates exercises to do.
My lesson I learned tonight is to have a small protein shake in between training and class. 30 minutes into class (1.75 hrs later) I was really starting to get tired and hungry.
So this is my update for this evening. Keep wishing me luck and I am pushing through day by day!!
